Description:

Andy is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Economics:  Business Analysis; and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Iowa.  While at UNI Andy was an active member of Rho Epsilon, was an integral part in the success of the 2011 UNI NAIOP team that finished runner up in the commercial real estate development competition in Minneapolis, and a Toys for Tots volunteer.

Andy brings valuable insight through experience in agriculture, land development, and applied research.  Andy has managed site preparation on residential and commercial development projects where he shaped an extensive understanding of client/customer focus with a commitment to superior service.  As a member of the research team at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, Andy's knowledge of the commercial real estate industry was built from extrapolating and interpreting economic data and commercial mortgage backed security analysis.

Description: Craig is a 2004 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he received a B.A. in Real Estate. During his time at UNI, Craig’s ambition and leadership skills were highly evidenced by him being elected to three consecutive terms as a Senator for the Northern Iowa Student Government. During his senior year, Craig was appointed by President Emiliano Lerda to serve as his Director of Administration and Finance.
 
In addition to Craig’s involvement in Northern Iowa Student Government, he also was extremely involved with his fraternity (Sigma Alpha Epsilon), the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and also served on many University committees and Advisory boards. Currently, Craig is a member of the Iowa Chi Housing Corporation for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at the University of Northern Iowa.

Description: As the founder of Ferguson Commercial Real Estate Services, Darin began this company in 1999 with the realization of his dream to own a full-service commercial real estate company. Shannon returned to his Iowa roots, and Ferguson Commercial Real Estate Services after working in the real estate industry in both New York and Chicago.
