From one store to a chain of nine, Dave facilitated growth and managed upscale retail clothing stores in Des Moines, Ames, Iowa City and Omaha for 19 years, and was co-owner for six of those years. With his vast knowledge in sales and customer service, Dave began his career in commercial real estate with an edge. Having developed a volume of influential, satisfied clients from a wide variety of industries while in sales at MrB, Badowers, and Sarto clothing stores, Dave will bring the same enthusiasm and satisfaction to clients at Ferguson Commercial Real Estate Services. With his wealth of experience and ability, he brings proven sales skills and a solid reputation in Des Moines and the surrounding market. A native of Des Moines, graduating from the University of Iowa in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, and his service to local charities including March of Dimes, Variety Club, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and American Cancer Society, Dave has the determination and knowledge to effectively fulfill his client’s needs within any sales or leasing endeavor.
