Pat’s unwavering dedication to delivering service has grown out of her extensive professional background. Before her career in commercial real estate, Pat served as the head of the United Way Foundation of Iowa. Previously, she worked for US West Communications for more than 23 years in various sales and marketing capacities.
As a native of Des Moines, Pat’s knowledge of the commercial real estate industry includes a complete understanding of the marketplace. Her continuing involvement in numerous civic organizations, such as Junior League, Metro Arts, American Lung Association, American Heart Association, Race for the Cure, and Blank Children’s Hospital is further proof of Pat’s commitment to enhancing the community.
